Return and Refund Policy
Change of mind:
We do not have to give you a refund if you change your mind about a cosy lab product purchase, or choose the wrong size - so please choose carefully.
If you do choose the incorrect size, and the product is unused, you may return it and we will replace it with the correct size, on receipt of the return shipping / courier cost (courier costs are listed on this website). Product exchange will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If the goods we supply do not comply with a consumer guarantee, but can be remedied within a reasonable time, we will either repair the goods or replace the goods with goods of identical type.
If we cannot repair or replace the goods within fourteen (14) days we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price, for example by reversing the credit card payment. Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days.
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Icehouse Bloo Limited.
